Soul Lanterns
Each lantern clears the fog across town and gives the Collector a longer view.
2–4-player co-op horror · PC · In development
Four lost souls wake in Hollowmere. The Collector is already hunting.
Light the Soul Lanterns, break your friends out of their jars, and ring the Dawn Bell before the shelf fills.
The game
The Collector: Hollowmere is co-op horror for 2–4 players. The town is trapped in endless night. Work together to light enough Soul Lanterns to open the church, then reach the Dawn Bell while the Collector hunts through the fog. If he catches someone, break their jar before the shelf fills.

The town
After the plague took his daughter, clockmaker Elias Voss built a machine to keep the children of Hollowmere safe.
A century later, the town is still dark and the machine still follows its orders. It seals every soul it finds in glass and carries the jars home.
“I only wish to keep you safe.”
The Collector
If the survivors win
The bell rings and Hollowmere sees morning for the first time in a century.
If the Collector wins
The captured souls return to the workshop. The music box begins again.
The hunt
2–4 players · One shared escape
Come back for anyone taken.
Computer-controlled · Always hunting
Run when you must. Hide before he sees you.
Characters
Each survivor brings a different way to escape a chase, rescue a friend, or push Hollowmere toward dawn.
“I remember the taste of apples…”
The rules
The fog thins · The Collector sees farther
Lighting a lantern clears the fog across town. You gain a path to the bell; the Collector gains a longer view.
When the Collector catches someone, he carries them to a jar. Trapped players can still speak while their friends attempt a rescue.
His attack has a clear wind-up and a costly miss. Learn the tell, then make him commit.
Walking is quiet. Running is not. Listen for his voice and the tick of his machinery before he enters view.
When several jars are filled, their voices join in a broken lullaby and give away the Collector's position.
Hollowmere's districts shift between matches. Dynamic events can change visibility and the rules of the hunt.
Development
The Collector: Hollowmere has a playable prototype running in Unreal Engine 5. Right now, the focus is the chase: making the Collector scary without making him cheap. The lantern loop and full co-op nights come next.
